What is the typical shipping time for carbon wheelsets?
Standard shipping usually takes 7-14 business days. For custom builds or specific rim depths, please allow an additional 5 days for assembly and quality control.
Do Winspace frames and wheels come with a warranty?
Yes, all Winspace frames and wheels are covered by a limited 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
Are your carbon wheels UCI approved?
Many of our flagship wheelsets, including the Hyper series, are UCI approved for use in sanctioned professional and amateur competitions.
What is your return policy for apparel and components?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Do I have to pay import duties and taxes?
International orders may be subject to local customs duties and VAT. These charges are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer.
